Snack Ideas

One of the many things I’ve learned on this health journey, is how important it is to fuel my body every 2-3 hours. Gone are the days that I starve myself cause the fam Jam is have a huge potluck and I want to gorge, I have my shakeology in the morning, a snack at 10, lunch at 12, a snack at 3 and supper by 6-6:30. Then I’m set and not hungry at night. This is the best way to kick your metabolism into gear! You won’t lose weight if you don’t feed yourself properly. So making snacks during my meal prepping is ubber important. Here are 2 snack ideas 🙂 

  
Apple Pizzas

1 Apple sliced

2 TBSP sunflower seeds

2 Tsp of a nut butter 

1 purple, 1 orange and 2 tsp for you fixers 

  
Baked Apple

1 chopped Apple – microwave it for about 1 1/2 minutes

2 tsp. Maple syrup

Dash of cinnamon 

1 purple!
