4 ingredient granola bars 

  

Just wanted to share this quick recipe! So good and so healthy 🙂 and … Benoit approved ( my son – a granola bar expert )

Take 1 cup of pitted dates and soak them for 10 mins 

throw them in a food processor till they form a stick disgusting paste…. Yup but yummy!

Toss together 1 1/4 cups of rolled oats and 1 cup of nuts…. I used a mixture of nuts and dried cranberries  

 

Melt 1/4 cup of nut butter 

 

I used almond butter and added a splash of homemade vanilla 😜

  
( I got it at a little craft shop in Gagetown, NB ) 

Mix er all up – I tossed in a few vegan chocolate chips

Line a small pan (8×8) with wax paper and press the stickiness into in and chill in the freezer before cutting 🙂 I got 12 bars out of it

Fixers – 1 bar is a yellow substitution
